This policy explains what information Rafi Saadon Ltd. ("we", "us") collects on homyboard.com, why, and your choices. It applies to visitors in Israel, the United States and elsewhere.
Who we are

What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, email address, number of kids at home, site language, sign-up time and your consent to receive updates.
- Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations only.
If you accept in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics, a Google service that measures visits (pages viewed, referral source, device type and country) using cookies. We ask Google not to use this data for advertising. Without your consent no analytics are loaded. You can change your choice any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page. We do not use targeted advertising. Fonts are served from our own server. Images and videos are delivered by a third-party content delivery network (CDN), which receives your browser's IP address in order to serve them.
How we use it
To tell you about the Homyboard launch and launch pricing, to understand interest, and to keep the site secure. We only send marketing email with your express consent, and every email includes an unsubscribe link (consistent with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and Israeli law).
Website assistant and WhatsApp
Questions you type into the website assistant are sent to our server to produce an answer and, when answers are AI-generated, to our AI provider (Anthropic). We do not store these conversations; please don't include sensitive personal information. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on Meta's service and WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies. Your assistant questions are pre-filled as a draft you can edit or delete before sending.
Sharing
We do not sell or "share" personal information (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act) and we do not give it to advertisers. Service providers process it only on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (hosting and storage, United States) and, once we start sending updates, an email delivery provider. When you sign up, an internal alert with your name, email and choices is sent to our representative's WhatsApp through a messaging gateway (CallMeBot).
Retention
Until the product launches plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw your consent to emails at any time. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing us; we will not discriminate against you for doing so. We respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is intended for parents. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (consistent with COPPA). If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across sites, so we treat all visitors the same regardless of Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Security and changes
Data is sent over HTTPS and stored in private storage with restricted access. If we change this policy we will update the date above, and notify waitlist members by email of material changes.
